Corporate

On 22nd February 2024, the EHRC published new guidance on menopause in the workplace.

Employers are now obligated to make reasonable adjustments for those suffering with menopausal symptoms and have a responsibility to protect staff who are going through the menopause.

Our focus is on day to day solutions and communicating to employees in an approachable and accessible way. Ensuring you have guidance for all your employees, regardless of stage, severity of symptoms and confidence to talk about the menopause.

Why being an inclusive employer is so important

Demonstrating you're considering and supporting those affected by the menopause, whether directly or indirectly, is key. Employers have a duty to ensure the health and safety of their staff and identify any risks and issues that impact staff, including menopause.

The UK Parliament's 'Menopause and the workplace' report cites 14 million working days lost each year to menopause, which equates to £1.88 billion in lost productivity and we think this figure is probably higher....

Being an inclusive employer gives people a sense of belonging and it translates to better productivity, more creativity, innovation and better decision making. This leads to better employee retention which lowers recruitment costs, cuts down on absence and improves overall performance.

Encouraging a safe and inclusive environment for your staff through midlife and beyond.

Working with us gives you the opportunity to put solutions and practices in place that are right for your business, with ongoing education, policies as well as practical and tangible solutions.

Our focus is on day to day solutions and communicating to employees in an approachable and accessible way. Understanding no 2 experiences of menopause are the same and ensuring we have guidance for all your employees, regardless of stage, severity of symptoms and confidence to talk about the menopause.

Our purpose is to raise awareness and start conversations around hormonal life stages with no judgement

Based on personal experiences and bringing in expert knowledge, we collate information and put it in one easy place that anyone, including businesses,  can access through events and training. We cut through the clutter and noise out there to give real, honest and unbiased information to you and your employees.

Engagement / Events

We understand women's health should be part of what you do and shouldn't be a separate agenda item in a board meeting. Communication is key and we can help provide a spring board or launch initiatives to really get the conversation going and the communication channels fully open.

We have helped companies with key calendar dates such as International Women's Day and World Menopause Day, plus ongoing support through the year through events and marketing communications.
