Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, Missing items or Damaged items-

play not pause takes great care and follows tight packing process and in the unfortunate event that an item is missing or damaged please contact us within 14 days so that we can rectify this quickly. We cannot provide a satisfactory investigation after 28 days. 

If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing: Our refund policy is 14 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within a further 14 days.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If it is within the 28 day limit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
