Can I gift a box to someone else?

Absolutely. Just head to our shop and you can order there. 

What are the delivery options?

We can send out boxes for next day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm. Otherwise boxes will arrive within 3-5 working days, Monday-Friday. 

What do I do if the contents are damaged?

Get in touch with us at hannah@play-not-pause.com and we will do everything we can to help

Where is my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place an order with your order details on it. Get in touch if you think you should have received something but haven’t.

Will you be offering a subscription service?

Yes we will. In 2023 we will be offering an online workout option. This will be a monthly cost and workouts will be added as you go. Watch this space!

Can I cancel my order or get a refund? 

Whether it’s because you’ve changed your mind or circumstances have changed, you must tell us you want a refund within 14 working days of receiving your package. You then have another 14 days to return the package in its original packaging and in the same condition with the order confirmation. You will have to cover the return postage costs and original postage costs which are non-refundable. Your refund will have the postage deducted from that amount. 

We aim to get refunds back to you within 14 working days of receipt of the package back to us. 

Unfortunately, if 28 days have passed since you ordered, and you haven’t notified us, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange any product.
