Shipping policy

Please note that delivery times are not a guarantee. We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery, please check the ROYAL MAIL website for delays. You will also be informed about any delays to your delivery via Text or Email. 

Personalised items-

All personalised orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). Any personalised orders placed after 3PM Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched
