The dumbbell floor press is a great way to build strength in the chest, shoulders, and triceps

  • You can keep your legs straight or have knees bent, which every you find most comfortable. 
  •  Raise the weights by extending your arms until your elbows are locked out. 
  • Lower the weights until your upper arms just touch the floor.
  • As your elbows kiss the floor, push the weights up by extending your elbows. 
  • To challenge yourself slightly, you can pause for a count of two at the bottom before pushing to lock out
