Tuesday Night Strength Sessions for Women | 7.30pm

Whether you're a cardio queen, completely new to strength training, or somewhere in between, our Tuesday night sessions are designed to help you build confidence in a supportive, welcoming, women only class.

We focus on learning proper form and technique, building strength safely and progressively, and helping you feel comfortable using equipment and lifting weights.

No intimidation, no pressure, just lots of encouragement and a community of like-minded women supporting one another
