This workout consists of 5 movements. We recommend you do this 2-3 times through; either on its own or swapping in with some cardio between sets or at the start/finish. All movements are adaptable according to your level of fitness / strength. Focus is always on technique - once this is locked in, try pushing to go heavier or with more resistance.
You will need:
A red band
A wall
if you want to add dumbells, have them to hand. If you don't have the equipment, you can use tins of food or filled drink bottles too.
