Strength to Strength Block Booking Sessions - 2nd December - 16th December

*Please note this is a 3 week booking due to the way the Summer school term falls *

Stay consistent and track your progress by block booking for weekly sessions. Working towards personal strength goals , muscle maintenance and fitness. 

To make this as cost effective as possible, we are offering the chance for sessions to be block booked at the rate of £10/session rather than £15 drop in charge.

This series starts on the 2nd December - 16th December.  Sessions start at 7.30pm for an hour approx. 

Please note, block bookings can't be rolled over. If you think you may miss a few, it maybe more cost effective to book a single session.
