Strength to Strength Block Booking Sessions - 3rd June - 15th July

*Please note this is a 7 week booking due to the way the Summer school term falls *

Stay consistent and track your progress by block booking for weekly sessions. Working towards personal strength goals , muscle maintenance and fitness. 

To make this as cost effective as possible, we are offering the chance for sessions to be block booked at the rate of £10/session rather than £15 drop in charge.

This series starts on the 3rd June and finishes on the 15th July. Sessions start at 7.30pm for an hour approx. 

Please note, block bookings can't be rolled over. If you think you may miss a few, it maybe more cost effective to book a single session.
